Wicked Vinyl we wanted was out of stock in your Middlesbrough store but the assistant was more than happy to order it for us & it was delivered within a few days.

Helpful staff, both telephone customer service and shop staff.
Goods were delivered to store in a timely manner and the whole process was seamless.
Also kept e mail contact to let me know when goods were ready to pick up, so didn't have to chase this up
