Great customer service
Great customer service, friendly and approachable staff, served very quickly too. The shop itself is spacious and stocks a wide variety of items, cds, dvds, vinyl records, t shirts, figures and now books too! I thought the items were a good price, well worth a good browse!

Your till hands need strong urge and reminder.
I received an email confirmation of my CD's delivery. They were 3 CD's on my request. I did show at the till order number and confirmations of delivery. One of the discs reportedly was not there. I asked the till man to look better in his 20cm/40cm/60cm cupboard but he could not find anything. After my fifth reminder that my order is in and he needs to find it eventually he saw my parcel.
This proved to be very hard job for him.
This is second time experience in that HMV shop, when email confirmation was turned down.
The previous one was approximately an year ago.

Superb service by Harry in the Northampton Branch.

Appalling customer service at…
Appalling customer service at Northampton store I ordered and paid for in store a DVD for collection i was told they would email me when it arrived after going back into the store on two occasions they had typed in my email address incorrectly hadn’t taken a mobile number to contact me either.They we’re so blasé about the whole matter when I requested a refund it was only then they looked for the DVD which was under the counter .

I love HMV!
I love HMV! Shops come and go these days, but they've always hung on and are adapting to cope with the changes - with a fabulous store and the online option for those who can't get into town. They have some great new lines there days but also the old favourites too, so they're something for everyone. I can always find everything I want and usually something else too!

I couldn’t get what I wanted in store (coloured vinyl) I ordered online and it was delivered to my local store within a few days . I was updated with emails. Brilliant service!
