I ordered Jane McDonald cd and signing of cd. The whole experience was amazing from ordering and arriving at the store, everything was very well organised.

The album signing and meet and greet was very organised by HMV, even to their bag and coat hold and keeping the energy high. They were particularly great with any customer that had a disability and also with the elderly making sure that they got to see the artist ahead of the able customers.

Great selection of LPS and CDS. Service is excellent.

I came to the Jane McDonald living the dream album Signing on the 20th March 2026 it was amazing the staff were very helpful my Mum and Myself enjoyed every single second of seeing Jane and we appeared on channel 5 News

The singing for Jane McDonald was so unorganised. There was no warning that we would have to wait outside for 2+ hours, so no one was dressed appropriately for the wind and cold. Then it was another two hours inside, I have an injured foot and all of the standing around really took a toll on it, but I feel like they should’ve asked prior if anyone needed assistance with stairs or standing if they knew it would be such a long wait. Only people with wheelchairs got to skip the queue and stairs, which is good of them but not all injuries require a wheelchair. I came home in a lot of pain.

Customer service always above & beyond. Very happy shopping experience & info given on deals to help with purchases.

Love looking at all the different Funko Pops from various Genre. They have a good selection and you can order ones they do not have in the shop to be delivered or picked up. They also have films, boxsets, records, books, toys and clothing.

Staff on duty in the Oxford Street branch were knowledgeable about the meet and greet event, helpful in what to do. Polite, engaging and went over and above expectations

The staff at HMV Oxford street were so friendly and helpful on Friday . There kindness was really appreciated.

From order to collection this was five-star!
Ordering online was easy and the site was simple to navigate. There were then emails from HMV to inform me of every step - confirmation of order, despatch or order and arrival of order at the store.
Collection was also easy and what an amazing afternoon! I booked for the Jane McDonald CD signing event at the London Oxford Street store and I was so impressed with the way it was organised. Each member of staff that I asked, knew exactly what was happening and where I needed to go. The event itself was in a separate area of the store only for those who had booked, and we were not rushed during our time there at all. I would certainly order and book with HMV (London) again.

I didn't get 2 albums on post. only 1 album Master Of Puppets by METALLICA. Gun N Roses and RAGE Against The Machine are lost on posts.

My fault, I just opened the package just now and realised there's three albums in there...My apologies. I got confused about your mailing service and arrangements...it's actually 3 albums inside already
Sorry again. Next time I'm just gonna go straight to HMV store and online takes ages as well.

The staff member that dealt with me was very helpful, sorting out disc availability and postage quickly. Delivery was made on the expected date.

The girl who served me in the store wqs really helpful and friendly and pleasant. As was the girl who directed me to the right till from the ground floor shop front. Never had a bad experince in the Oxford Street shop, always like using it.

I really want to score more highly because HMV is a brand I loved, and I appreciate it faces tough challenges.
Today, I looked forward to visiting a physical shop to buy a CD for the first time in many years. The two in-store staff were pleasant and helpful.
The problem is that HMV advertised Mahler 5/VPO/Bernstein online at £4.99, stating that limited stock was available in my local store. Enthusiastically, I went to the store and grabbed the one CD they had. Imagine my surprise that it was priced at £11.99. I could however order it online to be delivered to the store at the advertised price of £4.99.
Needless to say, I ordered it from Amazon for £4.99.
