Staff have always been very polite and helpful, they ordered my purchase for me and I collected from the store, it is good to have a store to go into to browse and ask any questions you may have.

Another happy customer
Went in store and bought three out of four of the albums I needed for my collection, and I was able to order the fourth one at the till, for home delivery. Straight away the staff member that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable about different delivery options, and the whole process was stress free and easy, and the delivery time was only a few days at most, would definitely order again :)

Click and collect to your shops is a great boon for me, as my local post has become a bit less reliable lately.

Easy replacement for possibly faulty disc
Received a vinyl for my birthday and found that the record kept skipping at the same parts.
On the chance that this could've been an issue with the disc I returned it in-store. While they did not have the same album in stock they did offer to send a new one to my home address, which I received in good condition.
