Great service. When I couldn't find the DVD I wanted in store, the staff were helpful finding it on HMV online. It was super easy to order, and arrived promptly with regular delivery updates.

Very thorough
I could not find thd cd I was looking for so asked at the counter. The assistant looked on their system to see if it was somewhere else in store but it wasn't. The assistant then searched online to see if they have it available there and then suggested that I could have it sent to my address, which although costing a little extra for postage was very helpful since I did not have spend time and money and going back to pick it up in store.

Awaiting replaceement
Unfortunately, one of the CD's in a set of five was broken so I had to return it to the shop after it was delivered. I am awaiting a new one but the delivery and replacement side has been fine so far
