I ordered a record as a Christmas gift for my niece, paid for the item (£35) in November, then just saw out of stock, new stock expected soon, but no other updates.
I missed Christmas and it has just been delivered, mid January.
Whilst is was packaged well, I’ve given 2 stars for the lack of communication and no opportunity to speak to a person about my order.

My favourite shop, but also because the staff are kind, helpful and polite. You feel a valued customer. Always a pleasure to shop here each week. The only thing is I wish they did a points card, as I spend a good deal in here.

They are the best
HMV have always been great they are very very helpful. And will always use there stores whatever u want they have and if they don't have it they will order it for u and then deliver it.

I ordered 3 vinyls online
I ordered 3 vinyls online, 1 was out of stock, but I was kept informed throughout the process. I received the email to collect my vinyls, with 1 reference number I was able to collect them at my convenience and all 3 were ready at the same time.
