I went to the shop in Shrewsbury to get a DVD which wasn't in stock. The young lady who served me found it on the Internet, ordered it for me to be delivered to the Shrewsbury branch. I've since then been in and picked it up and had very polite service

Speedy positive service
On entering the store, I was quickly asked how a staff member might help. Though the item I wanted was not in stock, it was ordered for 2 day delivery to my home address. It appeared on time. Purchase of the item has provided significant enjoyment already. The product availability was good, considering it was 5 years old.
