So easy to order excellent service
It was so easy ordering the new concert film dvd and cd from Bring Me The Horizon.
The email communication was really good I knew when it had been despatched and when I could collect.
The staff were very helpful.

Helpful staff who were able to order the 3 Vinyl LP's on the 3 for £66 offer that weren't all instock. Arrived promptly 4 days later. Great service.

50p for a plastic bag. A RIP OFF
Nice store along with a pretty good stock vinyl. After spending £150.00 on vinyl. I was disgusted to be charged £0.50 for a plastic bag !!!!!!!

This is a government initiative intended to reduce waste and the damage caused to the environment by the bags. All proceeds from the sale of the bags go to our nominated charities Nordoff Robbins and War Child.

Amazing service at HMV Stockport! I went to Stockport on 22nd December and didn’t yet receive a notification that my items were ready, I went in on the off chance to check if they had arrived as I was in Stockport, I think her name was Sarah! I lost my card I’m sorry! - she went out of her way to check if they had arrived, routing through a big delivery when she could have just said it hasn’t arrived yet- and thankfully they had arrived! And saved me coming down the following day, she was so friendly and I really appreciated all of the help! Thank you!

HMV Stockport - it's my jam
In store? Staff are great, friendly and super helpful, everything is easy to find and far too easy to buy (I've loved you since I was a child), and I do enjoy coming in. So does my daughter.
Online, everything is easy to find and delivery is super quick. Many many thank yous.
HMV Stockport is a must though when we're in town.
