Easy ordering, lovely staff at HMV store in Stockport, made me realise if I don't purchase things from the shop we are likely to lose a fabulous asset in Stockport

It was good that click and collect is free, however it would have been even better if the stocks in store could have been used to speed up the collection process. If this was an option then that would be attractive for customers. I managed to purchase an HMV special colour edition of a CD sleeve and that in itself was a great offer which influenced my choice of buying from HMV. Really glad that HMV is still here for us music lovers. Keep providing special offers and discounts thank you.

I love HMV
Blu ray was competitively priced and promptly delivered to my local store for collection.
I enjoy visiting physical stores to browse and using hmv's collect service is great for this.
It's important we keep shops like this on the high street open.
