Staff here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Just being able to go into a store, haver a proper browse, realise stuff that's on DVD is at your fingertips. I often see things i'd not thought of (70's movies) in years and realise it's available. Also excellent for present buying; I can go in with only a vague idea and come out with a winner. Music and films need to be available to browse and read, and have the ability to ask informed fellow fans relevant questions and get informed responses and opinions. That's part of the enjoyment of purchasing in a store.

I got what I ordered much earlier than was listed! So that was a nice surprise, and it arrived in amazing condition, no damages or anything. I’ve been enjoying The ballad of songbirds and snakes every since it arrived XD

Help with purchases in Truro HMV
I went to Truro branch of HMV and was served by a very helpful assistant. I had picked up the wrong series of The Crown and he went and got me the current one. I could have easily have purchased one I already had.
Also he ordered the Beatles Now and Then CD to be posted to me. I know he was only doing his job but he went that little bit further in assisting me.

Very helpful staff
The staff were very helpful and although the vinyl I wanted was not in stock, they went to look if warehouse had any and ordered it and had it sent to store. I went to pick it up today and it was very efficient and quick picked up.
