Easy order and pickup
I was told pickup would be 24 hours after despatch, but it took a little longer. Spoke to a member of staff and pickup was very easy.

The service was good, as staff located and ordered the item requested! The delivery too was fast, with staff letting you know when items arrive ready to collect!

ended my dvd search
Been searching many years for a certain dvd ( wanderers ) hmv found it and deliverd to their wakefield shop for me at a very reasonable price and within 5 days ( 2 of which were sat & sun ) I was sat at home watching it.

Still awaiting response to say my parcel has arrived for me to collect.which I ordered a week ago and it said 2 to 5 days.
