Friendly staff
Friendly staff, thr guy couldn't do enough for me. Believe he was the assistant manager. Placed an order for something not in stock. The guy found it on the system, ordered and arranged for me to collect.
Email confirmation and updates perfect, can't fault it 👌🏽

Beau was very proactive to find what we’d were looking for and gave 2 options for ordering the DVD or Blu-Ray without pressuring us to decide. Delivery came in after 3 working days and collected today.

Almost excellent, but not totally
The order was correct in terms of the correct LP'S were delivered.
However the 3rd email confirming that the package had arrived at the store did not arrive.
As I had arranged for delivery to Watford, as I was visiting & therefore was time conscious.
I called in on Friday 11th, to be told I needed to wait for the email. I visited again on Saturday & Sam was kind enough to search for the order & found it. It turns out that it had been in the store since the 10th! Thanks to Sam I got my order & for Ollie for returning a phone call.

Great customer service
The colleague who served me checked store stock first, knew exactly the album I was after, and then ordered it into store. Nice to see someone who knows his music, despite being an old album
