Excellent Staff!
All three of the staff I spoke to in store were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good humoured. Professional and human about it. As was the bloke on the phone at main branch. Stuff ordered was transported very quickly from another shop to Watford. Extremely happy HMV is back at close range! Great team.
