Must try harder
It seemed to take longer than other click & collect services. I requested an e mail when the CD was back in stock and did not receive one. The information asked me to take photo ID which was not requested.

I was very pleased with the service by (Darren) in the (Wolverhampton) HMV store when he ordered some cds for me. He was very polite and helpful and when I received an email 5 days later saying they had arrived I collected them and was served by (Darren) again. Excellent and polite service. Would go there again.

I ordered 3 Jujutsu Kaisen funkos from…
I ordered 3 Jujutsu Kaisen funkos from your online store, I got refunded for Panda because he was damaged in the warehouse, when I went to collect the person who served me was very friendly and checked to see if you had that funko in store, unfortunately you didn't. When I opened the boxes with my funkos in Nobara Kugisaki had a little damage to the box, I ended up sellotaping the little tear on the funko so it wasnt as noticeable. Mahito came in perfect condition.

Website was easy to navigate. Delivery was within timescale but I didn’t think it would take that long. Staff were friendly when I collected the item .
