Got a HMV giftcard for my birthday and…
Got a HMV giftcard for my birthday and because I couldnt use it to order the CD I wanted online ( WHY ? 😡) - I travelled to the closest HMV branch 12 miles away to order it to be delivered to my address. The service in your Workington branch was excellent.

A high street brand HMV with staff that offer a personalised touch
I have visited a lot of hmv stores but this one leads the example, The staff are friendly, helpful from the moment you enter the store till the time you leave and go to Great lengths to ensure that you get the purchases that you're looking for, whether it be 4K movie titles on merchandise, they know their stuff. Other HMV stores should take note?

Great service and good price
Great service and good price. Ordered online and was ready to collect from my local store 2 days later. Will definitely order again. Got a great deal on some limited edition 4k blu rays and they were cheaper than a certain online retailer.
