Great store, great people
Every visit to our local store is fun. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They all seem willing to make any purchase special.
I think having a store locally is a fantastic asset, particularly with the staff they have there.

Problem free online purchase
Bought an album from their online store which wasn't available in store for free collection from the shop.
Kept up to date with tracking arrived when it said and staff knew all about it when I rocked up to collect it. Same price as elsewhere and no hassle.

Ordered my Brian Cox wonders collection…
Ordered my Brian Cox wonders collection dvd in the Workington store and staff were extremely helpful, got it delivered to the store for collection, ordered it late Thursday afternoon and was ready for collection Saturday morning, brilliant and will be using hmv again.

I'm not much of a reviewer type of person but the customer service I had at hmv workington today was exceptional and feel like the man deserves some recognition from it, unfortunately I didn't get his name I was in too much of a christmas panic to remember to get it, but he had long hair and was incredibly helpful, I needed to get a few things "anime" for my niece, and had absolutely no idea on where to start, all looks the same to me and I don't have a clue what's what, he went above and beyond to help me, he was really friendly, informative. Genuinely just really great customer service. Thanks
