Be warned this company used to be called House of Bling which has a poor reputation (see reviews for proof). I brought 6 dining chairs in March 2023. In January this year one of them broke and since then 2 more have also broken in exactly the same place. All I asked was as for new legs but they would not assist. Due to their poor customer service I have had no choice but to file a court claim but they are now saying I purchased the chairs from their “sister company” House of Bling. This company went into liquidation in Jan 23 but I purchased the chairs in March 23. The Director of both companies is the same person and whilst I’ve tried on several occasions to resolve the issue amicably she is unwilling to respond.

Great company. Communication was top class and always quickly responsive through from purchase date to delivery. Quality of the sofa is perfect and all was delivered as expected and on time. Friendly and professional company. Highly recommended.

This company is using my photos and I did not purchase from them. I have messaged them to remove ad it isn’t their work and they have blocked me and deleted me and not responded. When I have called they were so rude to me. The company I have purchased it from have been informed !

This is not a fake review omg this company are awful there’s lots of clients reporting them the company I purchased this from another company have shared a story in full of all their sofas circled on their website and tagged the clients that are complaining including myself
There’s a photo they are using that belongs to another company love my sofa.
And the owner of Mars the label Arianna ajatars sofa is on there and she got hers from House of bespoke as I seen it on her instagram. It’s tagged … you guys are fraudsters!!!
I’ve messaged you on instagram and so did my friend whose sofa you also have on your page and you have blocked us without replying !!!

Please contact me at @skinaestheticsupplies I will send the receipt from the company I purchased from and the sofa in my house and it’s there on their page and website this company are using it to get orders it’s fraud they didn’t make them.

Ordered a TV bed from HOB and the service was very good alongside the communication from Emma, would definitely recommend as beds are quality too. Delivery drivers also very helpful

Top quality sofa, top quality service! Ability to speak to someone over WhatsApp before I placed an order to ask questions and then while waiting for delivery was brilliant. Would definitely buy from this company again!

We ordered the superking Washington curve bed with the ottoman storage, they delivered our bed on a day that suited us and it’s definitely worth paying the money for the bed to be assembled, the courier men put the bed up quickly and efficiently.
The bed looks fantastic and the customer service was outstanding throughout, answering all my questions and keeping me up to date at all times, would recommend to anyone!

Was slightly unsure ordering online, however I had nothing to worry about, my new TV bed is absolutely perfect I’m really happy with it great quality, and the customer service was spot on. Thanks.

I recently purchased a Stella 3+2. It was just as I asked it. Customer service was amazing and communication between customer and shop was great. Delivery time was perfect and as they said. I would recommend this furniture shop to others.

Delivery could have been more organised. I only received notification that it was being delivered 50 minutes before it arrived. Luckily I was working from home that morning.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering a bed online but as we were looking for something bespoke (Emperor) we were limited on high street options. I was impressed with HOB reviews and their website, so we went for it, and I’m SO glad we did, their service is excellent, the bed is perfect and the delivery team were spot on! Highly recommend HOB and we will definitely be buying from them again!

Ordered my cinema sofa and Washington bed from here, great service, delivered on time great communication from both HOB Furniture and the delivery company best of all was the stunning quality of the stuff. Can’t fault them Definitely recommend!!
