I ordered a 7x7 bed in September and paid €2,997, expecting the bed to look like the photos advertised on the website. While the size of the bed is good and the mattress itself is fine, the overall product is extremely disappointing.

The bed I received looks nothing like the picture shown online. The advertised bed looks well-finished, structured, and high quality, whereas the actual bed looks poorly made, uneven, and cheap in comparison. The upholstery is badly finished, the sections don’t align properly, and the overall quality is nowhere near what you would expect for nearly €3,000.

For this price, I expected a premium product that matched the photos used to sell it. Instead, what arrived feels misleading and not worth the money at all. I would not recommend ordering based on the website images, as they do not accurately represent what you actually receive.

I have a couple of previous pieces of furniture from HOB furniture and always had a great experience, this time round I'm yet again really happy with my delivery, delivered on time, excellent efficient service would recommend to anyone looking for good quality pieces without any delivery or service concerns , they have always accommodated by delivery preferences

This is my second order with this company and all I can say is what a great positive experience I’ve had. My 4 poster bed is absolutely gorgeous, I chose the Brussels linen and it compliments the bed perfectly, my previous order was cinema sofas which too were delivered perfectly and exceeded my expectations. My whole experience has been nothing but positive great unique products and great service.

Dreadful customer service was promised a refund on order as was offered 10% after ringing to ask about sale told 10© then a few days later I rang to ask about the 20 % advertised they didn't want to know or help told me Monday 5th Jan they would cancel my order and refund my deposit still nothing 8 days later have emailed 3 times left two voice messages and guess what no reply or acknowledgement soo avoid this dreadful company having to dispute now with my credit card company

10 out of 10 for service, really pleased with my tv bed, was designed exactly to my specification, HOB were absolutely amazing with accommodating my request and I manufactured my dream bed.

Got the Washington king size bed with the 1000 pocket mattress from Hob Furniture. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The guys who came to assemble it were great, and the bed looks fab!

We are quite pleased with the Amy Boucle Bed that we recently bought from Hob Furniture. The Beds silky boucle fabric lends a contemporary, warm vibe, and it looks stunning in our bedroom. The upholstery is cozy but long-lasting, and the craftsmanship is sturdy and well-made. Everything came in good packaging, and assembly was simple. We had a wonderful night's sleep since the bed structure feels strong and supportive. All things considered, the Amy Boucle Bed is fashionable, cozy, and incredibly affordable. We would unquestionably suggest Hob Furniture to anybody searching for high-end furniture.

We recently purchased the Cloud 9 Bed from Hob Furniture and are very pleased with it. The bed is stylish, comfortable, and feels very sturdy. The design gives our bedroom a clean, modern look, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

So happy with my recent purchase from HOB furniture, I ordered two cinema sofas and my bed from Here, ladies were absolutely brilliant in helping us decide on the correct tines and fabrics for our room, they gave such a Personalised experience, particular thanks to Emma, who spent over 2 hours with me ensuring I had made the right decision, delivery was smooth and on time, the bed and sofas arrived exactly how I expected and I have no complaints.

Abysmal customer service! Avoid this company and avoid disappointment. The level of service received and the quality of workmanship displayed have been wholly unsatisfactory. The first delivery featured a bed upholstered in an entirely incorrect fabric. The second delivery, although in the correct fabric was shoddily put together and arrived without the required brackets. When I complained, the response from HOB “bed looks so much better in the other fabric” an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional comment.

In addition, the delivery team responsible for removing the initial item caused damage to my staircase. Although the second delivery team made commendable efforts to identify brackets that might be compatible.

It is evident that once payment has been secured, any commitment to customer service ends!

I Love my new bedroom set from HOB Furniture. its sleek, modern, and built with quality materials that look and feel luxurious. The prices are very reasonable considering the level of quality. The staff was also super the process was stress free from selection to delivery.

Made to measure with our preferred choice of fabric in lux velvet, looks very stylish and so comfortable to relax on with the family. After months of looking for unique bespoke furniture, we found HOB furniture, we did alot of research and was slightly nervous about the ordering, however after visiting their shop will were immediately at ease.
We ordered the Monaco sofa and block tv bed.

Had a slight issue with the sofa however HOB when above and beyond to fix our issues and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Overall the experience was very positive and I’m really happy with both pieces of furniture
