Thank you HOB for the wonderful service provided, this is my second order in recent months and I am so pleased with both my sofas and dining tables.
Delivery was made on time on both occasions, the quality of my dining table and sodas exceeded my dining table and sodas exceeded my expectations and the level of customer service has been amazing.

I am so disappointed with my experience with HOB furniture. The customer care and quality this company provides is appalling.
Firstly, I was told that the sofa i purchased would be delivered within 4-5 weeks, however it arrived after 7 weeks.
Secondly, upon delivery, I discovered that the middle section of our sofa was missing.
Thirdly, after assembling the remaining delivered parts of the sofa we discovered that the measurements were completely out, i rung the company before purchase to ensure the sizing was correct due to having minimal space and the sofa is too large to fit in the gap.
The quality of the sofa is awful. The cushions are lumpy, uneven and uncomfortable, with several hard bulges coming through the fabric. This is completely inconsistent with the images on their website. Furthermore, the sofa arrived with visible damage on the back and multiple holes in the material and visible snags in the sofa cushions. Given the sofas hefty price tag, the level of workmanship is completely unacceptable.

I emailed HOB furniture to explain that I wasn't happy with what i had received and put in a request for a full refund. I was made aware that returns on sofas aren’t t permitted and accepted having another sofa made correctly instead.
I received an email stating that they had reviewed my email and were happy to give me a full replacement that would be with me in 10-14 days, however they would aim to deliver as a priority sooner.
I was told that someone would be in contact to arrange collection for the old sofa to be taken away.
It has been over 2 weeks since that email and i still am yet to receive anything from HOB furniture. Every email I send gets ignored and every phone call I make goes to their voicemail.
I couldn’t recommend HOB furniture any less, awful company, appalling customer service and poor craftsmanship.

The staff at HOB Furniture were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The answered all my questions and made sure delivery was smooth. Great service and beautiful products!

Shocking customer service - i was sent the wrong item and told it’s my fault as i didn’t choose an add on…. an add on that is NOT an option on the Debenhams website where i purchased the HOB bed. No empathy or understanding of what’s happened basically told me i was stupid for not clicking on that option but it simply wasn’t available all they kept saying is oh well it’s on our website! I didn’t buy it from your website!
Photos very misleading you’re not getting the item you’re looking at!
You need to address this with Debenhams and acknowledge the mistake! Disgusting! Rude!

Thank you HOB, absolutely Over the Moon with my luxury cinema sofa,outstanding service and quality is unreal, well pleased with my cinema room.

We ordered a new Cinema Sofa from HOB through a third party website and received a message from HOB staff shortly after to confirm the details which was really comforting, as we knew we were getting what we asked for.

The sofa was manufactured and delivered incredibly quickly for a piece of furniture that large, with us receiving our order within ten days.

We were kept up to date with the process and were contacted the day before the delivery to make sure we could be available at a given time slot. The delivery driver was excellent and couldn’t be more helpful.

After delivery, we were again contacted by HOB staff to check we were happy with our purchase.

Absolutely could not be happier with the service I received and the product itself, and I would highly recommend HOB. I will be returning for my future furniture needs.

Really happy with my new beautiful 4 poster bed, didn’t wait long was delivered within 3 weeks, quality is amazing really pleased I ordered here and would highly recommend them to everyone

Really great experience, purchased an extra large u sape sofa, was made bespoke to my exact requirements including the choice of cushion filling.
Really pleased with the oitcome of the sofa, HOB were very professional throughout, had a slight delay because of the fabric I chose but I was informed with the option to upgrade fabric or change to another style.
I work in the interior industry and seen many pieces of furniture over the years, the quality is excellent and i can confirm all the fabrics used on my pieces come with an Fr lining with FR retardant fabric, will be ordering again soon for my next project.

Ordered 2 of the Chicago lounge sofas, which arrived on Sunday, delivery driver was a complete GemReally lovely and accommodating, helped us move them on to the third floor of our home. My experience with customer service team was also very positive, polite and helpful ladies who kept me informed through my order processWe are really happy with quality of both our sofas.

I was searching for a sofa for a while but couldn’t find what I wanted in any of the high street stores. Then I found HOB who provided a complete bespoke service and I was able to design the exact sofa I wanted made to measure for an excellent price. Would highly recommend.

When you order with these people, it is similar to playing in casino. You hope that you don’t have any quality or design issues. God forbid if you ask them to rectify any manufacturing errors and quality issue, the whole hell will break loose. You will be called names, a lot of abuse and allegations will be thrown at you. The intimidation is extreme with daily threats. if by chance you manage to win the chargeback claim (which I did 🤩!!), it will go to next level.

Me and wife are lost of words with what we have gone through over many weeks now.

My honest advice is to stay away if you can. And if you do decide to take the plunge, don’t ask them to rectify any manufacturing issues. Just move on…unless you have a lot of time, a good lawyer and patience….

The owner keep flagging our review as defamatory and trust pilot keep taking down, despite us providing all the emails that owner sent to us. All these barrage of unprompted reviews giving 5 star rating, looks suspicious. Honest feedback is suppressed!!

I have had such a great experience with HOB I have made two separate orders in the space of a month. The items are beautiful and reasonably priced, delivery of my bar stools were next day and my sofa was delivered within 4 weeks I have been very happy with the service.

Love my bed thank you so much, helpful and fast.

Recently received 2 beds and my new settees from HOB, I must say I was a little uncertain about ordering online, however had been in contact with their customer service team over several months and spoken with both Emma and Lauren, both girls very helpful and had great knowledge on what beds best suited our bedrooms, I finally took the plunge and made my order, I must say the service has been excellent, my furniture arrived on time and was delivered by separate company who were also excellent.
Emma kept me informed on my beds and settees being ready, I paid a 30% deposit and then was sent pictures and videos of my completed item, it was only then I paid my balance, Emma kept my informed on delivery slots, and even checked in after delivery to confirm we were happy, in which we really are, great personal touch and I’m very happy customer.

Really happy with my new cinema sofas, team were very helpful and polite. The kept me updated from the start of my order and kept me informed by Whatsap of the production time. I had a slight issue with the sofa be scratched upon arrival but their were no hassles or complications, HOB arranged to collect that piece and returned it back to me 5 days later. Suprised to see reviews about the customer service being bad as I never experienced this and they couldn’t have been more sorry about the slight damage. Will recommend to my friends and family, great service and great good quality service.

Really great experience, purchased my beautiful sofas from here, the service has been exceptional from start to finish, great communication, delivery team were very lovely and helpful.
I ordered the royal Surrey u shape sofas and they are lovely and quality is great, I chose the fabric London linen which I'm so pleased I did

The customer service is the worst I have experienced in a long time. You contact them by WhatsApp and they reply, sometimes, days after. Also, the people responding to the WhatsApp messages do not seem to be empathetic to the fact that I paid £3000 for a piece of furniture and there was no update or any contact about progress for weeks.
