It is now 6.30pm on 9th April
Edited today, 11th April, to make clear that the issue is with DHL and not the product or Hobsons. Charlie has responded quickly to the issue and it is resolved.
It is now 6.30pm on 9th April. I have a notification that DHL collected the shipment on the 3rd. Nothing updated since and certainly no beer at the house.

Hi Alan, I'm really sorry to hear that there has been a delay with your delivery via DHL. If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact the Hobsons office on 01299 270837 or email beer@hobsons-brewery.co.uk as soon as you notice the delay, this allows us to investigate your parcel and if required, dispatch a replacement for you. I have checked your parcel tracking and can see there has been no updates since 03.04.23 which is concerning. I have emailed DHL Customer Services now to investigate the parcel, I will be in touch with you about this via email to see if you would like a refund or replacement; as the order was for a polypin, this beer will now be spoiled and not fit for consumption.
