I have lived in two different properties rented from Holden since 2015 (so 11 years in total!). Over that time, I have never had any issues - the team have always been superb - from finance, management and maintenance. Issues have always been dealt with very promptly - one of the key reasons I have stayed with Holden for so long. They have made renting an absolute delight, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a great experience renting through Holden Property over my four years as a tenant. The team were always friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Communication was clear throughout my tenancy, and any queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The moving-in and moving-out processes were straightforward, and the team were consistently helpful and approachable. I particularly appreciated how well-managed everything was and the support provided whenever needed.

The property itself was maintained to an excellent standard throughout my tenancy. It was clean, well-presented, and clearly cared for, which made it a very comfortable place to live. Any maintenance issues that arose were addressed immediately - tenants were genuinely looked after!

My experience in a large one-bedroom flat in the Shepherd’s Bush area has been great. Truly made a home out of the apartment, furnished and continually supported and accommodated with any improvements and updates in the property. Maintenance was great and professional. After 6 years in the property I can truly say it was a great experience for my little one and I. Amazing team in the head office and very responsive. Thank you!

Even though my time with Holden Property Group was short, I have to say the staff was always helpful from the beginning when I started to renting. Every time when I had any issues or questions they would always get back to you fast and solve the problem quickly and I had the loveliest time in the flat! Thank you for everything!

I have been renting with Holden property going on to 4years now.
The team is amazing, from Sarah KT and Sarah S to Chris and Connor. They are quick to respond and resolve any requests or issue no matter how small or big.
As a long-term renter with them, my apartment and surroundings is continuously been refreshed.
I love that they pay attention to the small things like a BD and Christmas card every year, or changing the blinds in my apartment because the previous one looked tired and I got tired of seeing it after 4years 🙂🙂
They also do a good reference check to ensure there are no bad tenants who would disrupt the peace of other neighbours.
Overall, it’s been an absolute delight living in the property

Overall very good landlords. Warm and friendly welcome on start of tenancy. Great with handling all the paperwork. Responded very promptly to any concerns about the property or tenancy, and acted swiftly when needed. All round a very pleasant experience renting with them and highly recommend.
