I have rented in London for nearly 13 years and this has truly been a first and unique experience for me. Never did I expect to come across these two amazing and lovely ladies and the best property manager - BY FAR - I have ever dealt with.

These ​t​wo ladies not only were consistently responsive and extremely professional but ​equally - and this sets them ​apart ​- were at all times extremely kind and considerate​.
As a tenant I felt respected and looked after​ over the entire process. ​

The Holden Property Group went over and above to assist me with my move to the flat, from answering all of my queries to the flabbergasting gesture where a couple of my larger furniture items could be delivered to them and taken to the flat by the maintenance team... and to my disbelief they were indeed waiting for me together with a lovely welcome card and a bottle wine...!

I have been living at a Holden property in West London for 5 years and have found the support from the Property Office excellent. The Property Team are very attentive to any queries. The communication regarding Tenancy Agreement Renewals and sharing of other documents such as Gas Safety Certificates is very good also. I find the team both in the office and attending the property very friendly, professional and helpful. We have work done to the property recently, and the works are clearly communicated to us. I feel the very positive experience I have with Holden has been a reason I have renewed the tenancy for 5 years running.

The team at Holden property group is hands down the most responsive, flexible and reactive property managers I've seen over the years. As a tenant I couldn't hope for better professionals and they've gone above and beyond their duties. I trust and recommend their services if you're on the market to rent a property.

Been living in this agency managed property since 2021 and honestly could not recommend it enough! Such an amazing team of people working here and always attentive to tenants issues! Had washing machine broken and couple other maintenance issues but everything has been resolved quick and efficient. If in future we would decide to move hopefully we could stay within this wonderful agency!😊

I lived in their flat for a year. Sara was great and she helped me with everything during my stay in the flat. When I moved in the flat was super clean and everything was new.
When I was leaving the flat, I didn’t have any issue either and got my deposit back fully without delay.

As the tenant of the property being managed by the Holden Property Group, I belive that their team deserves the highest remarks in their work ethic and approach to the tenants needs. Recently I had an issue with a clogged and leaking sink drain and they have resolved the issue very quickly without any complications. This is just one example of their devotion and I hope that you will have a good fortune to let a property being managed by this team.

Sarah and Sarah are always super helpful and answer any queries we have straight away. They always ensure we have everything we need and are incredibly accommodating.

Connor and Mark are also really helpful when they come to do any maintenance checks/repairs around the flat, ensuring the flat is kept in great condition and even tidying up our garden and installing new garden furniture.

This is our second year with HPG and they have been brilliant throughout. Both Sarah's are lovely and very responsive whenever we reach out to them, and they also give us plenty of notice when any maintenance/inspections etc. needs to done on the flat. Handyman Chris, Connor, and Brad are also great, and are incredibly hardworking to make sure the property is always safe and secure for us and are super friendly. Definitely the best landlord we've had in London, would highly recommend.

Been renting with Holden's for over three years. We have landed on our feet with the best landlord you could hope for. The property managers, both Sarah, are incredibly competent and diligent (Skills that are lost of most PMs in London). Nothing has ever been an issue for the two Sarah's and they have made our experience as tenants smooth and comfortable.
