They are all extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. If we did ever have a problem in our flat they responded really quickly and got whatever needed fixing really quickly. I mainly dealt with Sarah during my time living in one of the properties they manage and she has been amazing - thank you.

I have been with Holden Property Group for over 6 years now, and they are as efficient today as when I moved in. The staff are fantastic and always dealt with whatever issue I had professionally and with empathy. And the apartment itself felt homely and welcoming, maintained to high standards and freshly decorated.
Sarah Stammer and Sarah Kearley Hunt- the best Senior Managers I've come across. I am quite impressed with the way all matters are handled whether it is maintenance, repairs or refurbishment, which has just been completed to a good standard in a short time. Most of all, they are very kind, nice, attentive and helpful people…They were very understanding when I asked for a new bed. I was even offered the option to choose the bed I liked. Whatever you ask for, they will exceed your expectations. I know, sounds like magic 😊
Chris and Connor, the maintenance team, made the experience 10/10. Can’t fault a single thing about these guys- they are providing great service, regularly checking if anything needs to be repaired, and very promptly dealing with any issues reported.

Renting from the Holden Property Group was a wonderful experience, with the staff providing immediate assistance for any issues that may occur in the flat, and very quick responses to any queries that were made. Everyone was lovely and made renting a smooth and easy process.
