I've been a tenant of the Holden Property Group for well over two years and it has been a joy throughout. The team are helpful and provide a great tenancy experience. So much so that when looking to upgrade recently, I relocated to another of their properties - knowing I could rely on them to deliver. Would highly recommend to others.

The Holden Property Group has been my landlord since December 2022 and I have recently renewed my lease. I have enjoyed dealing with the company from the very beginning, the staff have been highly professional and the property is well maintained. If I ever need to contact the team, I can rely on them to respond in a timely manner which is very helpful.

Both Sarah's in the property management department are extremely personable, making the entire experience even more pleasant and Chris who handles repairs is diligent. l would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent.

Feel very lucky to have them as my landlord, very efficient and helpful. Very responsive and helpful via emails, and efficient in arranging any appointments needed to check/fix any potential issues in the flat. Highly recommend!

Holden property group has been amazing from the start of our tenancy all the way to the end of our tenancy. They are super efficient with all our needs constantly being met and responses to all our emails within the hour. The checkout process was easy with all requirements being outlined to us as a reminder a few week before checkout. What also made the checkout so easy was the maintenance of the property when anything needed repairs as well as the property’s finishes being of high quality and therefore not much maintance needed from a tenants perspective. I will 100% use Holden property group in future when looking to rent again and would recommend them to everyone who is looking to rent in London.

Great Landlords, very efficient and friendly. They deal with any issues you have promptly and would highly recommend them. We have rented from them for 5 years and extremely happy with their service.

The team at Holden are always happy to help and very friendly! You get the feeling they truly care about their tenants!

I lived in a HPG flat in Fulham for over a year and by far the best renting experience I've had! Sarah and Julia were fab throughout... consistently clear communication and always available for a call if needed! Any issues were sorted out extremely quickly, with very quick replies (which anyone who has rented, especially in London, can agree is not usually the case with other landlords). Would be keen to rent from them again :)

Have just moved in to a lovely flat in Acton and the communications, attention to detail and care exhibited by the entire team at HPG whom we have interacted with has been outstanding. I've never before had a welcome note waiting in the letterbox from a landlord - what a lovely touch! Many thanks for making us feel at home in our new home.

I have worked for the Holden Property Group for approximately 8 years as a sub contractor plumber. They are one of the most organised and best company’s I have worked for for , they care about the tenants, the communication is excellent, they are always happy to take advice about plumbing issues and are a pleasure to work for .

Just renewed my tenancy with HPG for a third time. They've been wonderful and accommodating throughout our stay here. Always respond quickly to any questions and requests, get any problems sorted out immediately. Very highly recommended.
