Rented with Holden Properties for 2 years. Both Sarah’s have been great. Very communicative and responsive when it came to any issue’s that may have arisen. Not many landlords are like that and it was very much appreciated.

I have been renting through HPG for over 10 years now and have had an amazing,positive experience.everybody is so polite and professional and quick to deal with any issue that may arise. I have recently had external and internal works done to the back of the house that look great and the builders were amazing too.

They are great to work for, as there accounts team is on the ball with regular payments and on the bigger jobs they arrange a deposit invoice payment before the works are carried out. A pleasure to work for.

I particularly appreciate her persistence in tackling the more challenging problems, such as coordinating with the council for rubbish collection, which has now been successfully resolved.

Both Sarahs have been a real pleasure to communicate with throughout the year and a half that I lived in my flat. Moved recently to Hammersmith, if we did ever have a problem in our flat they answered really fast and fixed all we had to fix, Sarah is the one who always dealt with our moving and she has been great with everything that we need, great communication with us and the landlord.
