My order was promptly and efficiently dealt with. I bought the watch as a gift for an elderly parent with failing eyesight. The recipient was delighted with it as the face is easy to read and the contrast between the dial and the hands is much better than the existing watch, which even I struggled to read. All round an excellent experience.

I ordered a watch. It was delivered very quickly but when I got it I decided it wasn't quite what I was looking for after all. I contacted Hollins and Hollinshead to arrange a return. They were very helpful, provided free return postage and I had my account credited in a couple of days. Exemplary customer service which a lot of other companies could learn from. Needless to say I wholeheartedly recommend this company and I will confidently buy from them in the future

I recently purchased a Seiko 5 Sports SXNS ‘Deep Black Wash’ from the online store. Usually when I buy watches, I like to do it in person. However due to the great value of the watch on offer and distance I would have to travel, I have bought online. The process was quick and simple. After purchase, I quickly received confirmation of my order along with tracking details. Just over a day later, the watch arrived. The box was well packaged and secure, which was easily enough to protect the watch. Which itself looks absolutely fantastic! Pristine condition, not a single mark, fingerprint or hint of damage. I cannot fault Hollins & Hollinshead. 5* I would highly recommend. I am very much looking forward to purchasing from them again. Thank you!

Bought an 18th birthday present from Hollins & Hollinshead - a lovely Seiko piece. Great customer service on the order, kept me updated that they'd dispatch from a different branch and it arrived as planned without any issue. Where they really showed what good customer service is all about was when after a month or so the watch was running noticeable slow. Return label was sent and they dealt with Seiko directly arranging for the necessary investigation and adjustments. All returned after a few weeks with the issue solved. Would thoroughly recommend this business.

From ordering to receipt, the service received was superb! The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was simple, and delivery was quick - Received 3 days from placing order. Item was well packaged to ensure arrived safely. Item I ordered was a replacement for something my son had lost and loved. Whilst discontinued, Hollins & Hollinshead had a few in stock and at a great price too. One very happy son! Would definitely use again.
