I work a lot and I didn't have time to go buy a gift for my brother's birthday, so I ordered a t-shirt for my brother and they sent me the wrong order! as I see I'm not the only one! I do not recommend ordering from them because they are unable to send you the chosen product! There are also no return instructions included 👎

Bought the Vivienne Westwood sweatshirt in khaki. It was dispatched the same day and arrived 2 days later. The jumper is lovely and fits my partner well. Absolute steal for the price. Can’t fault the clothes or Holmes Apparel.

I purchased a jumper for my 2 week holiday for my partners 30th birthday. Whilst I was away I cut the tags of the jumper to wear and noticed a terrible stitching snag on the back of the jumper. As I can't return it because I have cut the tags of I am left with an expensive jumper that I can't wear.

Made my first purchase and it was challenging, first I ordered in large I was contacted they don’t have L and they would send out M, next 3 days was contacted my order is been cancelled and they refunded because they don’t have in M also again.. sent back to their website and S,M,L was still listed as available sizes… I really don’t understand how a website works like that

Was sent clothing items that had stains on them .
Returned immediately.
3 weeks later still have not received refund .
