Despite my order being cancelled mistakenly, I was informed of the error right away.
Mistakes happen and the communication from staff to alert me has been excellent. I’ve now ordered my item again without any hassle and cannot wait to receive it

Fake items and awful customer service

Company have now been in contact via text message and assured my their products are ‘genuine’, I actually said I’d delete this review when and if I was issued a refund but actually they’ve been extremely rude. Their customer service is SHOCKING. Please don’t buy from this company and just spend the extra from a genuine company because as you can tell from most of the reviews, you’ll be disappointed.
Been sent a fake stone island polo shirt, no certilogo, a weird thick fake material and it’s supposed to be a medium and it looks like a kid size. And it’s for my boyfriends birthday in 2 days so cheers!

Item is not fake - the description literally says in bold the certi logo is removed - this is now very common and is in accordance with EU regulations. In regards to the size it’s a slim fit as stone island often is. I recommend you read the product descriptions in future before purchasing.

Have absolutely no time for customers who leave false reviews without first contacting us. Again the item is not fake - everything you have spoken about is in bold or pointed out in the product description if you had read it like most customers would. The polo says slim fit and AGAIN the product description even says it is a slim fit and to take a size up.
I told you to leave the review up as you said ‘I will delete it when you issue a refund’ and my response says it all. It is extremely common for certi logos to be removed from this brand, and is done so by many smaller retailers. Anyone who is familiar with the industry will understand this when they see the review.

Wrong colour item sent ( addressed to my daughter rather than me). Returned incorrect item for replacement but by then out of stock. Initial refund didn’t refund postage but that was rectified when I followed up.

What a ridiculous review. This person HAS NEVER purchased off of us and has absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Apparently you’re not allowed to run a business out of a house? Clearly just trying to discredit us for absolutely no reason. You do not need to rent an office to run a business and if you don’t like that then simply don’t buy off of us. The goods we sell are authentic and this has nothing to do with where we operate from.

My order got canceled six days after I placed and paid for it without further explanation. Received the refund fairly quick (9 days after the money got deducted from my account) but missed out on the item due to the hassle.

I am so disappointed with the service ordered a T-shirt said free delivery 📦 but arrived late as correct postage was not paid. Had to pay postage to receive the t-shirt only to return it as this was a gift and did not arrive on time I have sent endless emails and not received a refund been told I will receive it on Friday but Wht Friday god only lows . DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDERS you will be left out of pocket!!!

As stated in our numerous email responses this refund was scheduled for today (which has now been processed.) You emailed me at 4:58 this morning asking where it was. We are a one person business and I work through refunds in order, therefore occasionally they can take up to the specified time frame which is stated again on the website. We are well within the legal timeframe with this refund and have emailed you with updates stating when it would be done.
In regards to any extra costs imposed by Royal Mail please send over your details and we can reimburse this.

The original order had the wrong address on it which we appreciate happens however is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to enter correctly. We received the item back and re printed to label but unfortunately could not get it to you before the day you needed it. We have since offered you a full refund. We are now waiting to receive the item back to issue a refund.
