Terrible experience and under average quality beds. I suppose the saying is true that 'You get what you pay for.' The beds are cheaply made and the frames thrown together. I bought 2 crushed velvet divan beds for two elderly members of my family. They took three weeks to deliver. One of them arrived with no screws or fixtures and fittings so had to wait for them to arrive before I could assemble the bed. It took me numerous phone calls and countless emails to get the delivery date sorted.
I wish I had just spent more money and bought some better quality bedroom furniture.
I have tried leaving this same review on their website and not surprisingly it has never been published. Be aware !!!!

After ordering a bed and then reading reviews I was a bit worried, no need. Lovely bed, really great customer service with pleasant helpful staff. I received an email and then a phone call the day before to confirm delivery, and then a call on delivery day with one hour time slot, can’t fault the experience, don’t be put off by negative reviews, I’ve had a really good service at a great price.

I ordered a bed and mattress from these which when it finally arrived after weeks and weeks of promised delivery dates, the quality was shocking. Emailed them straight away to arrange collection! This then took a good couple of months to finally get returned and then well....then was promised my refund!!
Scam company...i never received my refund instead I had go through my bank to recover the money!! This whole process of countless emails (they wont speak to you on the phone) took from 7 Months!
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a bed on 17 feb 2018. I had to call on the day of delivery to find out eta. They advised me driver in the area, approx 2 hours away. No delivery/no card for attempted delivery. Called office continuously for 2 days, no answer. Emailed and asked for refund. Finally homearena.co.uk responded via email and confirmed will refund within 7 days. Waited 10 days, called back and they said they processed refund but couldn’t confirm what date or bank details refunded to. Said they’ll call back, they didn’t. Left it a few weeks, called my bank, sent them the email confirming what Homearena said and got payment refunded on 2 May 2018. I had a bad experience and I do not suggest you use this company on that basis.

Ordered crushed velvet ottoman kingsize bed on 17th February! We got confirmation email after placing our order. Heard nothing after that for two weeks but then received a message to say our bed was going to be delivered on 7th March.
Delivery day arrived and at midday i called home arena to confirm delivery was due today, i was assured that it was, apparently driver was on delivery 1 and we were no4 & to expect the bed by 3pm. 3pm comes, no bed, no text to say driver was even en route, myself & my partner called & called & called but no one answered at all! We messaged also! Received a reply the next morning to say delivery was attempted at 4:13pm which was a lie as we were in all day! They could not tell me the colour of my door, they eventually stopped replying! We got our refund yesterday after nearly 3 months, but not from home arena but through the bank!
AVOID THIS COMPANY..... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Placed an order with Home Arena, was really excited to have a decent bed for a good price. Got the comfirmation email then waited....and waited....10 days goes by, still no tracking email, nothing. Sent an email to them to find out where my order was. Turns out they dont deliver to my area!! Didnt get told this on the website before placing the order or nothing. No email or anything of the sort. So now i am waiting on a refund. Would NOT recommend regardless of where you stay. Very rude on the phone too when my sister phoned about her order.

Just got a new crushed velvet divan from home arena. They were very helpful with arranging delivery for when I was off work and also the driver called me half hour before arriving. Drivers were very polite. I then had to call after delivery to ask for help with putting bed together and man on the phone was very patient and helpful. Very happy.

Decent beds at a very good price. Delivery was quick. However, driver was by far the rudest guy I have ever come across. Asked if I would pay £15 in cash to him to help take the bed upstairs. Left headboard downstairs and just left wiothout saying bye. Overall good bed, but poor service.

Great contact from the service regarding order, delivery date and checking after the delivery has arrived, great delivery and on time and a lovely bed for the price, would definitely use this company again.

I have purchased over the last few weeks, over 4 new beds and have received excellent service both on info and delivery , coupled with good quality purchases. Have know problem in highly recommending this company.

I Have ordered from Home Area twice now and everytime they have communicated with me regarding delivery to a time that suits me. Its been quick and im 100% happy with the quality of what i have purchased at great prices. Will be shopping again with Home Area and recommending to others too.

I ordered a divan bed and was told delivery in 7-10 days, i also had a phone call the morning after I placed the order to confirm details and to let me know how long it would take. it arrived on the 10th day which surprised me as the period covered the 4 day Easter break. I had 2 phone calls to confirm delivery, one for date and one for a specific time. The morning of delivery they rang 30 mins away. The delivery driver was extremely polite and helpful and carried the bed to where I wanted it.
The bed is exactly what I ordered,
It was heavy and well made. Easy to put together and looks fantastic. I don’t have anything negative to say and wanted to leave a review as I was shocked to read the awful reviews listed below. That was not my experience at all, everything was first class.

Nothing bad to say really we got our bed on the 10th day which was a saturday it went up easy enough and looks great in our new bedroom. I originally ordered the bed to my parent's house as we they didnt give a date when we ordered and thought we would be at work. When the driver rang to say he would be an hour i asked him he he would bring it to my home address instead and to my surprise he did 😁 he had to ring me to get directions as its a new build estate he had no problems with this most delivery men would have said no so thankyou to the very helpful delivery man. The only this i would say is i didnt get a confirmation email of my order so rang after a couple of days to double check they had recieved my order.

My experience of Home Arena is somewhat in the middle. I ordered a King Size Divan Bed and they said to be between 7-10 working days - Just in time for when we love into our new home. It was the 10th day, and I called them - they said the payment had a hiccup, so the order came in late. They refunded my card which was instant, and promised the bed to be delivered on the following Monday with a £20 discount with cash in delivery. Despite the mishap, which I wasn't too pleased as it meant I was sleeping on the floor for a week. They were really apologetic and kept calling me to follow up thier promise. On the day of the delivery, I was told that the drover would 30 mins prior to the delivery but they didn't. They called on the doorstep and I had to rush over from work. The delivery man was helpful and took it right in. The quality of the bed isnt great, and the finish of the bed looks like a poor effort. The drawers in the base don't fit neatly and the material is fraying already. Originally we found Home Arena to be the cheapest out of everything we looked at, by a margin. The reviews on the website were good (but are not the same as the ones here) so decided to go for it. It's still holding up, but I wouldn't say the quality was great, customer service is ok but hard to get a hold of (I was on hold for 40 mins)

Overall - This company gave me a lot of stress, so if you're looking for a cheap temporary buy then great. But the furniture isn't worth investing in, a bit like Ikea.

I bought a super king Divan bed in January. I am regretting and daily i wish i never came across their website. They gave me an old bed, especially the mattress, its in the worst state ever but according to them their stuff is new. No new mattress makes sharp noises that come out of the springs like the mattress you gave me. Each time i roll on to the other side or sit on the bed, my neighbours can hear me. The mattress springs are so noisy, like Really noisy. There is no value for money at all. What you advertise on your web is TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU DELIVER. To say im disappointed is an understatement. You sent me rubbish which i had to throw away & thanks to you im wasting money again to replace the junk you sent. I want my money back👹

Ordered a bed from them. 7 to 10 working days for delivery. After 10 working days wrote to them. They stated they had changed couriers but would be touch soon. After 15 working days wrote to them again stating they had 3 more working days to deliver or I would cancel. They said my payment hadn't done through (it had), then offered to deliver cash on delivery, I declined and asked them to refund my money. I then wrote again and asked for confirmation of the refund as it wasn't showing in my bank. They sent a series of transaction numbers stating it had been refunded. Called my bank there was no evidence of a refund. Sent all details etc to the dispute section of my bank who got the money back. BE AWARE if they offer you cash on delivery and you accept you have no protection to get the return of your money if something goes wrong.
