Worst company EVER. Do not waste your time! Stupidly believed the reviews on HomeArena.co.uk thinking this was a good company. Not only did my bed arrive 2 weeks late, it was broken with parts missing. When I emailed I had useless responses. I wanted a refund but instead they kept putting it off. I have had this stupid bed sitting in my dining room since the beginning of December and it still has not been collected. 100% scam. I took a day off to have this bed collected, and once again it wasn’t collected. Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service from this ‘company’. Whenever I called up it was a 10 min hold and then the call was ended. Now out of pocket by £170 and stuck with a rubbish bed I can’t use. Please don’t trust the reviews on their website as they are fake. Will be contacting tradingstandards to try and get my money back.

Oh god i just bought a bed from them only found the bad reviews after the purchase. I really hope it works out. Does anybody know if your bank can get the money back?

The bed I purchased was absolutely nothing like the one on the website. It is some cheap and awful imitation that looks like a teenager knocked it together in their garage with old scraps of wood and fabric. Home arena agreed to collect the bed and refund my money but have repeatedly failed to turn up. They don’t publish negative reviews on their own website and the positive reviews must have been written by their own staff. I’m now making a section 75 claim to my credit card. Avoid this company, nothing good will come of purchasing from them, it is a massive con.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will never use them again. Awful costumer service, bad attitudes, waited a month for my refund. Disgusting!

One star is too much for this company terrible delivery month later then shud have been! They said it cause needed two men to delivery it, when it turned up only one man dragging across the lawn then when fitting the headboard the hole were in wrong place and didn’t fit the Devan vase and when fitting the wheels they had not even drilled the holes for the wheels, when I complained they said most we can do is refund you £10 no offer of replacement, worst company advoid at all costs

Order bed and mattress in October - paid for express delivery - arrived late! - Wound not even apologize

Bed arrived - damaged - no mattress - they don't answer the phone so everything is by email - cancelled order - 22nd December collected the damaged bed but refused to leave any paperwork saying it had been collected and the driver said 'no English'.

Claimed they had tried to refund but couldn't and to contact Amazon - why when i ordered the bed from them is bizarre!

Bank now involved to claim my money back as they are refusing to refund me £414.98.

A waste of my life dealing with these fraudsters.

I ordered a bed and was sent a totally different bed, was offered a replacement which arrived a month later and was the same as the original one they had sent. Was offered partial refund which I agreed to but still have not received. You can only speak to customer service through email which is fine until they start ignoring you. So if you want to be sent the wrong bed lied to then ignored, buy from home arena you will not be disappointed.

This company trades via homearena.co.uk. They made a total mess of my order and probably lost more money on delivery and replacement costs than I originally paid (and my custom times all my friends and family) which can't be good for the business.
I have learned a lot about my rights as a consumer thanks to this company and if you are not happy with your purchase you have options, it's very messy, stressful and time consuming though. For an extra £20-50 I'd just buy somewhere else next time and sleep at night

After reading bad reviews I still decided to buy from them. Stupid me. After waiting a month for bed they finally delivered to different colour bases and wrong headboard. Bed had broken slots for wheels. After contacting them they said they will do swap. After another month of wait they done swap and again wrong colour but just decided to keep it as couldn’t be bothered to deal with them again. Different headboard was sent to me wrong and broken again. Contacted them again they said they will return 30 quid so. I thought I could buy another headboard but never got money. After over 100 emails they still are saying that money was returned! Which never was! Checked even with my bank but nothing like that was even attempted. Should have listened to my husband in a first place!
Orthopedic mattress also rubbish and think.
Don’t buy from them if you don’t want trouble like I had !
Better to pay extra money somewhere else !

Horrendous service now 3 weeks into waiting for a bed when mine is broken and was told delivery before xmas...... Asked for delivery date and keeps gwtting changed!! No wonder they dont allow reviews on the website!!!!!!!!

Still waiting for my money back! Terrible service l have a flood of emails confirming I would get my money back today - well I didn't and recieved another email today saying it would take 5 working days. They liken themselves to Lord sugar empire , put on sales when they can't even fulfill orders . Still can't through on the phone but hey they charge you to make calls and keep you hanging on

Shocking.
They reply to emails with auto responses and don't read the email.
Refuse the answer the phone.
Continuous lies about when the delivery is coming. In my case the delivery was wrong when it eventually came and took weeks to re collect and issue a refund.
NEVER USE.

Same as below. Ordered a bed on 27th Nov which is needed for 2nd Jan latest. Was given a delivery date which came and went. Then told it would arrive today (20th Dec) and that I would get a call beforehand. No call. No delivery. Nobody answering the phones - they just cut off. Ive had a one-line email response to say it will be 2nd week of Jan but thats no good to me. No-one to speak to and they have my money. All other emails are being ignored. I wish I had checked them out before I placed my order. Valuable lesson learned but too late for this one,

again same as everyone else, should have read reviews, I ordered the bed on 27th November, reassured last week it would be here this week, threw old bed away. Chased again today - delivery will now not be until the New year, so i asked for a refund as i now dont have a bed to sleep on, You will get one in 5 working days, which means i will not get until the New year, when i asked to speak to someone in accounts, message ignored, when i asked for a replacement if that means a bed would be delivered before xmas - again ignored. Telephone calls they dont answer. Worse experience ever and i will also be contacting trading standards now

I ordered a bed from this company and had to keep chasing them for delivery, as others have said, it is not 10 days! However bed eventually came and I’m very pleased with it! Gorgeous good quality mattresss as well. Delivery was about a month.

Product is ok value for money. Although the 7 day delivery turned into 26 days! When emailing them they gave lots of reasons why they haven’t managed to deliver, all were unacceptable.
Item delivered by tnt where the package wasn’t in a good condition and the delivery driver said I had to help off load otherwise he would (accidentally) break it.
Don’t think I will use again.

I've seen some very negative reviews here so I wanted share my positive experience with Home Arena. I ordered a bed and a mattress but within 14 days of ordering I decided to cancel this order as my friend was offering me her bed for free due to her moving abroad. Anyway I dealt with a lovely man via email called Arthur Jones who cancelled my order straight away and said I would receive my refund within 14 working days. I'm very happy to report the money was returned to my account within 5 working days. Thanks to Arthur for being very efficient and helpful.

In my opinion you should never order from this retailer. I ordered a bed on 25th October and it arrived on the 27th November. They advertised 7-10 working days delivery. After 2 weeks I contacted them by email because they hang up after 15 minutes on hold, they did this 4 times. At no stage was I offered an explanation, I had to drag any info out of them.
If you check other reviews you'll see it's a bit of a trend. They did apologise but I don't want that, just what I paid for, on time without all the aggravation they caused.

Update. Someone from their non serving customer service said they'd be in contact. Guess what, they didn't. Shocking company.

Wished I had read Trust Pilot before I wasted time and money ordering a bed from a them. Claimed to have attempted delivery three times when they hadn’t been along once. After first no show offered me £10 refund for inconvenience, three weeks on and it’s still not appeared in my account. They say how sorry they are that delivery didn’t happen, give you another date and it still doesn’t happen. They are getting away with this and laughing at us. Order elsewhere and save yourself grief.

I ordered the bed. Again delivery was promised. Didn't arrive. I contacted them via email and they were very responsive and polite requesting to collect the bed myself. They facilitated this. I collected the bed today. My daughter is very happy with it.
I will say they were very apologetic about the delay.
We had an issue with collection as there was multiple addresses and no working telephone number as it was automated and cut off after a while. After a quick email this was resolved and we collected the bed direct.
