Like others waited in all day for delivery for no show. They never answer the phone and now not responding to emails.
Just want a refund now, if not chargeback from my card company. Dreadful company

Why are disputing so many reviews on the grounds of please supply order number. People are not stupid and see this tactic for what it is.

Value reflected in the price...cheap and cheerful. Finish a bit slapdash. But for occasion use it's ok.

Not sure how this company operates but definitely seems dodgy so AVOID at all costs!
Ordered a bed and after hearing nothing for 10 days I contacted them via 'chat' on their website. James informed me delivery was on the Monday. After no email confirmation, which I thought was odd, I contacted him again and was told '100% delivery was on Monday'. I then get an email Monday morning to say the couriers have let him down and it will now be Wednesday. I contacted again as this was not acceptable and he told me 'okay it would be Tuesday'. Then Monday evening I get a random text from unknown mobile number ( seems very unprofessional and dodgy ) telling me delivery will be Wednesday as they can't do it on Tuesday . At that point I decided enough is enough, something is not right and I cancel my order and request a refund. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for the refund but as I went through my credit card I will claim it back through them and they will get onto the 'company'. At best this is a cowboy operation, at worst, a fraudulent company. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM.

Great price, relatively good quality bed, works fine as our spare bed.

First time ordering from here for me, all was smooth and we were impressed with the price tag! The memory foam mattress is very comfortable and I have no complaints!! The silver velvet bed frame looks great, very modern. I ordered the side lift ottoman silver velvet double bed with headboard. The only teething issue we have is that it is quite difficult to lift the ottoman bed, something which I have feedback and received a response on quickly, so I am happy. We are giving in a week to settle and if experiencing lifting issues the company said they will replace :)... happy customer overall!

Didn't have any problems with the order and was given a very prompt delivery date. I was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before delivery as I work 10 minutes away and would be able to get back in plenty of time. I received a phone call from the delivery driver stating he was outside the house at 7.37am! When I explained that I expected to hear from him 30 minutes prior, he informed me "well I did phone last night, but you didn't answer" (just to be clear I received no voicemail message). I left work to find my bed in the alley way next to my house and no sign of the delivery driver!
Upon building the bed the hole in the headboard did not match up, meaning I had to drill another hole for myself! The drawers stick very badly and 1 barely closes!
Not the best quality, but you get what you pay for I guess!!

Never use this company. They don't deliver within their time frame with excuses like 'our couriers don't deliver divans' and god forbid you ask for a refund. Three weeks after cancelling order as the date they did eventually give me was way too far in advance, I still haven't received my refund. Today I was given the excuse that it takes longer because of their security. Amazing. Better security than the Trump administration!! They don't answer the phone, answer e-mails with dishonesty and generally need to be given a wide berth. They obviously think nurses have money to burn! Thankfully I have copies of all e-mails to forward to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. Update: This has now been done.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Bought a bed and then read the terrible reviews and decided to cancel it the same day. Three weeks later after numerous phone calls and emails I still have not received my £350 refund. Continually being told by email the refund should be in now, 24 hours you will have it. If they promise to ring you back they never do, and that's if they ever answer the phone. Terrible company, stay well away

Yesterday promised money would be in my account, funny that yet again its not there. Looks like I will need to take them to court to get my money back

Extremely helpful. I was nervous about some of the reviews I have read on here regarding the company being unreachable. I have just purchased a bed on the website and there was an issue with the transaction. I got a call straight away and the issue was fixed within minutes. Thank you Adam for your help.

No communication after 2 weeks. Wast of time trying to contact by phone. Contacted them by email and they replied but were unable to give a date for delivery. Waited until the weekend of the 2nd week and ordered a bed from our local shop who delivered the following Tuesday. We cancelled the bed order from Home Arena and asked for a refund. More than 2 weeks have passed and still no refund - just one communication after being chased to say the first refund had been incorrectly processed. I suspect this is a lie as I contacted my bank who told me no attempt had been made to transfer funds. Fortunately, I've been refunded by the bank but do yourself a favour and avoid this disreputable company.

Great company, New York divan crushed velvet bed, didn't get a delivery communication, tricky to get hold of on the phone but answers Facebook messages really quickly, product is great. Only problem was the holes for the headboard were slightly out of sync so had to redirill these, apart from that great product, and looks the business. Mattress also extremely comfy.

DO NOT USE USE THIS DREADFUL COMPANY. AFTER 5WKS I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DIVAN BASE, STILL BEING GIVEN DATES OF ANOTHER WEEK. I HAVE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE SPANNING OVER 4WEEKS PROMISING ME DATES AND QUOTING '10 WORKING DAYS'. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. WATCHDOG AND TRADING STANDARDS ARE NOW BEING INFORMED.

Awful company to deal with. ordered via Amazon and payed but heard nothing about.delivery date (est 16/8). messaged them to be told i had missed delivery yesterday , no evidence of.this ie card left. promised for thursday 17th by 12, after several messages at 12 o clock, 2 o clock, 4 o clock, all.of which promised imminent delivery finally recieved a phone call at 10 past 5 to.say bed would be with.me in 45 mins. i asked driver if he knew how late.delivery was, asked for a phone number and company name.and he refused. next thing is an email saying they refused to.deliver because I had sworn.and been aggressive to.driver. all.of which is a complete lie. they refunded me and said it was the end of the matter. i disagree, trading standards, the police and the inland revenue may have more to say on this after i have sent them.all the.awful reviews and copy of my email and messenger conversation! fake company! impossible.to get through on phone which doesnt even ring, no idea why they would lie but something not.right!

Wrong order, parts missing, bad quality, no show of second delivery, do not answer phone ... steer clear !!

Cambridge divan bed - The headboard is not very sturdy. The base looks and feels very cheap. The drawers are very difficult to open and almost break every time I open and close them which has resulted in just leaving them closed and not storing anything in them. Therefore it is pointless paying the extra money for the drawers. Also, the bed is too short for a standard double mattress. Poor quality, regret ordering. The reviews on their website encouraged me to order, but I now believe that they are fake as they do not publish bad reviews on their website. Very misleading and feel cheated out of £150

Ordered a crushed velvet king sized bed, absolutely love the bed so pleased, through no fault of the company one of the bases was broken i emailed to see if i could buy the base on its own without the headboard and they have arranged for the base to be swapped with a courier. So pleased and we have ordered again and would definitely reccomend

Delivery was good after a few e-mails, contacting them by phone is impossible, 3 times I rang for 15 minutes and was then cut off. The Divan bed is comfortable but had to e-mail them once again to find out how the clips fastened the bed sections together. A small instruction leaflet would have been nice, but my Daughter sorted it out.

Ordered the crushed velvet divan bed set. Mattress and headboard included for a great price! Ordered bed online 24/6 had an email on 29/6 with delivery date of 3/7 I emailed them for a rough time which I was given very promptly and the driver called me half hour away.

I will be honest I was a little worried 12 days after ordering and I hadn't heard a peep from them about the bed I ordered then on day 13 I had an email saying it will be delivered that date and that I would receive a text 45 minutes before it arrived......which I did and the driver was polite and I was pleased with the bed. Would buy from home arena again.

Excellent company to deal with. I missed my initial delivery and they quickly re-arranged another one for me. The bed is fab looks better than the picture
