FYI - They deliver items themselves (as per terms and conditions).

So...

Yes, that offer really is too good to be true.

1.5 weeks after ordering, we'd heard nothing.

I called and chased - 15 minutes on hold. Told it would be with us early next week but they couldn't tell us which day.

Called back a few days later - 10 mins on hold - it would now be at the end of the week. No date.

Called back a few days later - 20 mins on hold - given a date.
Told would call 30 mins before.
Asked for rough time, told to call at 10:30, since delivery person plans route 9:30-10:30 and they'd call us to tell us a rough hour.

Booked the day off work (Friday)
Got to 11am, no call. Called them, told would be delivered 5:15-6pm.

Got to 10pm, nothing. No call to say they weren't coming, no email, nothing.

Sent email 10pm, no response all weekend. Told driver had "a problem" and couldn't deliver. Still said they should have told us if they couldn't deliver - wasted day.

Told they would "guarantee" delivery in a few days.

Cancelled order. Went to local bed shop, bought bed, delivered next day. DONE.

Absolutly awful. Was messed about twice for delivery. Very rude delivery guy. Asked for a refund and cancelled my order. Still waiting for a refund after constantly asking for 3 weeks.
Giving me excuse after excuse.
Absolutly terrible service and customer service.
Would not touch them with a barge pole.

Lovely divan bed at a bargain price. The memory pocket mattress feels sooo good after using a memory foam mattress for the past year which gave me a very bad back. At last I can sleep properly

Was a bit hesitant after reading some of these reviews on here but I was very impressed with the service and quality of the bed. Highly recommend them and will be buying another bed soon

Good delivery information- called 30 minutes before arriving. Good prices

Fast delivery and driver rang on the day so I didn't have to take a whole day off work waiting for the delivery.
Bed looks as pretty as it did in the picture for a good price. Would recommend .

Very difficult to contact by telephone was delivered after my help had gone home as I am disabled I had to drag the bed in myself which was really difficult for me . I asked for draws in the foot of the bed they were on the side and judging by how difficult it was to get hold of them there was no point in complainingno instructions on how to put together was purely done on guesswork would not reccomend the bed is ok but nothing special

The company were great to deal with. The bed arrived sooner that expected which was great. I went for the crushed velvet champagne New York divan bed, it is wonderful! So pretty and the chrome legs finish it off. The mattress that came with it is out of this world! Haven't had a nights sleep like this In a long time. £209 with delivery also. It's a fabulous deal! Thank you home arena. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the bed, one small scuff mark to one of the corners but not worth returning for that. Delivery was a problem. I was told it would be delivered on a Wednesday. I asked to rearrange as I worked that day. I was told if I rearranged it would be weeks until I had my bed. As I had been sleeping on the floor on a mattress for a week already I booked a day off work. By 5pm still no bed.. a wasted day of annual leave. I tried to call the customer service lines which were then closed. Eventually I had a text message at about 8:33pm to say delivery would be within the hour. One man arrived at 9:30pm and delivered to the front door.

Bed arrived in two days, great, we thought. Wrong sized mattress and wrong bed. Emailed straight away, have to wait 3 weeks for the replacement and they won't collect the wrong one so I now have a mattress and bed sitting in my dining room.

Great bed...good height, nice headboard and a perfect mattress. Was slightly disappointed to see that the colour of the headboard and base was not exactly as shown in the picture (picture was very dark blue/navy but the actual colour was lighter). Also one headboard leg was broken. However, this was replaced quickly free of charge. Overall, good bed for the price.

Very good customer service and a fine bed. Good value for money. Good liaison about delivery times and dates too with updates through text and email.

Great product, better than expected and delivered within the time frame as promised. Would use this site again.

Only criticism is that the delivery driver was incredibly rude to my fiancé, watched him struggle with the bed and then extremely sarcastically said 'have fun struggling with that'.

Apart from that one person pretty happy with our purchase.
