Divan bed delivered on time and in perfect condition can't ask for more 😊

Wow super cool crushed velvet bed looks amazing in my new house, delivery driver even took it into my bedroom as well

Ordered crushed velvet divan bed with memory foam matteress on good Friday. Received text message on the following Wednesday and bed was delivered on the Friday. Bought for my teenage daughter who is thrilled with it. Very easy to put together and she said matteress is comfy. Would defiantly recommend

Good bed for the money. The mattress is a nice surprise, and as firm as I hoped for.
My only criticism is that I was expecting a call/txt from delivery company which I didn't receive, and I missed them by 10 minutes. They left it in my safe place, but I stood no chance of being able to take it upstairs in my house.
Luckily my kind neighbours rallied round, and not only took it upstairs for me but also assembled it !

NEVER use this company. The price seems very competitive but believe me - you get what you pay for. As per other reviews, bed arrived damaged and the wrong one. There is NO customer care. 48 emails later, 3 delivery dates waiting in all day when no one turned up..... seriously this company should be shut down immediately. Don't get stung like I did and many other people.

Was a bit dubious because of the negative reviews on here and google but there was nothing to worry about. Bed came within a week and had the best nights sleep ever. Very impressed with the quality as well at such a bargain price

I recently purchased a Regency divan bed frame from Homearena and I must say the quality is second to none. Great value for money and the customer service was excellent. Great all round product and fantastic value for money, the family love the new bed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ordered two single beds, which were very reasonable priced. I don't know what quality they were as I never received them. Over the period of a month, three delivery dates were agreed with no sign of the beds. Took days off to await the delivery but didn't turn up. No contact was made by Homearena to explain. When I complained, I had various ridiculous excuses, one of which was "that my post code doesn't get delivered to that often" and "I was lucky that I wasn't being charged more to deliver to my address". (Duh!) by the way, we don't live in the Outer Hebrides, we live in Holyhead, at the end of the A55 dual carriageway. After a moth of desperation and needing the beds quickly, I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. I was promised a refund in 48hrs, which still hadn't materialised a week later. In the end I had to write a 14 day notice letter, telling them I would take legal action to reclaim the money, claiming the money back through Section 75 of the credit card act. I threatened them with trading standards at Nottingham. After a further week, I finally got my money back. Homearena are, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever had to deal with on the internet. They may have cheap beds but I would have paid double to avoid that level of stress.

I was really sceptical about ordering a bed online, because you never know you're going to get. I even opted for the cash on delivery in case the item wasn't what wanted. I must say I'm extremely happy with my bed/mattress. It mirrors the item I viewed online. It even arrived between the stated delivery dates. Had I bought this bed and mattress at Dreams or Bensons, I would have had to pay almost double the price. Thank you Homearena 😍😍😍

I ordered a bed, there was a blip on their website and the sale went through as a £1, i honestly didn't notice as when i added it too my basket it was full price, at the checkout the website crashed and i waited as i didn't want to refresh and have the order go through twice, anyways a few days later when my bank released the funds it stated £1, i was confused but left it thinking it was a fee for card processing, my order stated it was complete and shipped, i asked for a update as i hadn't heard anything and they informed me very rudely that i wouldn't be getting a bed for £1 and why would i think i could, well there own webiste states the sale is binding if it says complete and money is removed from bank account, my view is they should honour the sale, it isn't my fault it didn't go through full priced, isn't fair to cancel something the claim has been shipped because of there mistake, a binding clause should be upheld, never mind the clause about pricing mistakes, the order complete and money removed from bank account trumps the previous clause, but thanks to a cheeky customer service rep i am now without a bed, and my £1 and they are out a customer who would of happily paid the correct price when the mistake was realised, just a matter of principle which i am taking further as they breached their own clause. CSR tried to claim they haven't as no money was taken but willing to refund? how can you refund something you haven't took? I have proof. Disgusting Customer service. I'm contacting citizens advice to see if this sale should stand, incorrect price or not.

Purchased a bed and mattress through wowcher 3 weeks ago, phoned to ask about delivery and was told I'd be phoned within 48hours to arrange. 5 days later nothing so I phoned again, several times, only to have it ring out or cut to voicemail after a few rings. I emailed and couple of days later I got a response with them saying "they couldn't find my order" despite me having phoned and they looked it up previously. Now I still haven't heard from them, they won't reply to my emails and I phoned 27 times during their opening hours yesterday, only for it to ring out time and time again. They've essentially stolen my money, so I've had to get Trading Standards involved, I emailed them to say this, and still no reply!!

I purchased a memory foam mattress from Home Arena which was delivered on time and I was very pleased with the product. I spoke to the customer service agent at length before buying as I needed advice on the correct type of mattress. These guys are good and really know their products inside out! I'm looking forward to purchasing from them again.

Looked around online for a furniture store with good reviews and came across Home Arena. Never heard of them before but the products and prices were very tempting so I decided to place an order for a Cala Italian Bed. Before ordering, I thought I'd contact the company for more details via email. Got a swift response with details of the bed (size and measurements) and that the item was in stock.
So I placed the order and the bed was delivered 2 days later (as agreed).
Very pleased with the bed and very happy with the whole process and communication with the company
Would buy again from them and would recommend to others too.
