Seamless product very good value really happy with my purchase

We went today to pick up a planter and found this as well as many other things. Hands were full and the lovely Jo and Ann helped assist. Jo grabbing me a trolly and Ann serving me at the toll to help speed things up. Great services from ur staff today.

Well 3 of the parts missing from the pressure washer I bought I rang up still no parts sent out I think it should be a new one

The staff are always helpful when in store but on this occasion Becca was a star! I'm having difficulty trying to locate a specific paint colour and quietly having a melt down when Becca (hands full carrying equipment) made eye contact and asked if I was OK. Showed me what I needed and even managed to make me laugh! Bubbly and friendly too, thank you!

I had called into the store to get some emulsion. I got a 10Lt size Dulux. Thinking l could manage to lift it. How wrong was l. The lady at the till(Rebecca) seen me struggling to carry it and came straight over and helped me to tge tills. Then she asked a male employee to carry to the car for me. I was very grateful indeed. This is why l shop here often. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is to much bother for them. Thank you and

Customer service were superb

I was served by Anne who was very happy to help, went above and beyond to help near to closing time and went out the back to check for stock, brought it out, 2 heavy pots, one was damaged so when to get replacement even though the shop was closing in a few minutes
