Quick and helpful

Quick and helpful. Had our order ready to go from click and collect in seconds on a trolley for us to easy take back to the car!

A helpful visit to the Christchurch store.

I visited Homebase Christchurch today and was impressed with the helpful service from members of staff at this store. A young woman called Maddie helped me get some things into my car and I asked about garden furniture, which she replied would be coming into store soon or I could order it online. I am not certain I would know how to do that but I'm sure if I came back she could explain it to me. 5 stars!

Unfortunately there was a slight problem with my initial order, but Wendy, Ryan and Neil bent over backwards to help me sort it out, even the parts that were my own fault! 10/10 service from the team, very pleased, thank you
