Paint

Needed some paint advice and also some paint mixed. Clare at Hexham Branch was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also knowledgeable on a tool bag I needed.

Dave is a first class employee

Dave was absolutely wonderful in advising and helping us choose paint - he took the stress out of our decision. Dave is an asset to your store nothing was too much trouble for him he even got us a trolley. A BIG thank you from the novice decorators 😀

Excellent service

Collected 20 bags of compost at a good price. I pre-ordered and it was brought straight out of the warehouse for ne and the employee helped me load it into my car. Total time 5 minutes. Excellent customer service

Dementia friendly

I visited the store today with my Mum who has dementia. Steve was so helpful and friendly. He was really patient with Mum who enjoys quirky conversations with anyone who is friendly. Came away with lots of bargain plants which delighted my Mum. Thank you Steve.
