I took a shelf into the shop because I needed brackets. Ian was extremely helpful and gave me excellent advice. He was stocking shelves in a different part of the store, but didn't hesitate to take me to the correct aisle and help me choose the brackets.

I've just picked up a click and collect from homebase in Hexham. I hadn't realised the closing time and met Luke st the door as he was closing up. He not only said he'd get my order, but when he discovered it hadn't been prepared yet he went and got the items from the shelf! A star and credit to homebase. I'll definitely be back
