I would like to thank Laura and Ian, who went out of their way, when we were buying garden furniture. Also the 2 gentleman that helped take the furniture out and loaded into the van.
Much appreciated.

I recently (past 4 weeks) purchased a Dappled Willow “Flamingo”
Which has now died I followed all the instructions on how to plant and care for
Went to the store where I purchased and management were totally dismissive
I have over the past 10-15 years sourced my gardening requirements from Homebase - now I will source elsewhere

we seen something we liked on homebase site the only place we could get this item was in hexham n we live in sunderland 27 miles away....manager from the store contacted us as there was only one left..n it had a mark on ....dave the manager took pics so that we could see the mark n sent them us through email...we travelled to hexham met dave n his collegue they were so welcoming n they went above n beyond to help us . We cant thank them enough ...keep up the good work dave n your brill workers.

Ordering online was easy. Click and collect was ready next day.
Only gripe : signed up for newsletter/emails to get 10% off first online order. Didn't get discount as code arrived after order was placed.
Staff in store were pleasant and helpful. Clean, well-organised store.

Easy to order online and the lady I dealt with at the Hexham store for collection was very pleasant and professional.

Clara was so helpful really pleasant and smiling it was a pleasure to be looked after by her.

We were helped today with a flooring problem by Steve in Hexham store.
After checking with the manager he was able to resolve our problem. Thank you Steve and manager we really appreciate you going out of your way to help us.

Ordered online and got a discount. Good communication. Order collected next day and the young man carried it to my car.

I wish staff everywhere could be like Clara. Felt like a personal and friendly service! Even my teenager said "wow I've not seen anyone that friendly who works in a shop before!"
