Homebase - Hexham Reviews 

Bought 3 bags of kiln dried logs today, unfortunately one bag was very wet! Called the store to say how annoying this was as it meant a 12 mile journey to return it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and offered to replace the bag on his way home, which he did. Problem resolved, thank you, Steve.

The member of staff (Steve) at the Hexham store was so helpful and patient when I was choosing paint and trying for find the right colour. He's a credit to the store.

Needed an Adjustable Height Platform for decorating a tricky staircase. Item, branded Rhino, identified in stock at our local store and ordered via click and collect. Notified that it was available within 45 minutes. Ready at the collection desk when I called in. Seems pretty robust and well constructed. On with the painting!

Homebase in Hexham. Went for a lawnmower-very helpful assistant Mark, got trolley, loaded mower, took it through checkout and then loaded it into my car. Excellent service.

Extremely polite and friendly staff. Staff offered to bring my purchase to the car.
Ordered on line and all communication was excellent. Will definitely order again on line for click and collect.

Dave was great in resolving an issue we had with a bbq we bought. He was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time sorting it out for us even though it was very close to closing time on a Saturday evening. Thank you, very much appreciated

Richard was given the task of colour matching,mixing 30ltr’s of paint for me. He knew what he was talking about . Fully understood what I wanted . Talked me through everything. Fantastic service. Dave showed me to where the pressure washers were, went back and forth twice to find me a suitable one which was in stock, advised on the spec of different models, accompanied me to the till then carried it onto my car for me. Lovely man and great service. Thank you.

Been to Homebase Hexham to pick up quite a large order of garden furniture. I have to say the service we received today from Steve Richard and Blake was excellent.what an asset to the company these three are! Fun polite and very professional.
