Superb customer service.
I went to the homebase in Hessle and they only had 2 of the lights I needed 3 of. They could be ordered but would come after Christmas. The excellent sales person suggested I order them on line for next day delivery. I couldn't do this easily being a technophobe so she did it for me on my phone. They came the next day. Excellent service and superb customer service. Would recommend the company and especially their customer service. Above and beyond.
