Exceptional service from Huntingdon Branch!!
I had moved home 2 years back and had a design and kitchen from Homebase.There were some structural changes to be made in our home so we couldnt fit the kitchen. We needed some revisions and I thought I should contact the Huntingdon store even though the design was not from this store as one of the advisors there Suzanne was so friendly and welcoming whenever I went for a few things and this lovely gesture attracted me to this store.
I called up Huntingdon store and Beth took the phone and straight away booked a consultation with Angela for Friday.
The experience with Angela was extremely good. Her immense experience, her patience, her knowlegde and above all the respect, making us feel valued was amazing. She is everything a kitchen consultant should be.There is nothing beyond.
We got the changes done and also ordered the rest of the stuff in less than 2 hrs.
We came back home and I realised on Sat that I had made a mistake and I knew Angela was off for a few days. I panicked and called up and was greeted by this lovely person Jordan the store Manager who was supposed to be in the store till 4.30pm but was ready to help us waiting beyond that as we had to travel a bit.
We went there and she did everything she could to try and help and alsoat the same time saw that we didnt loose money.
It was not her Area of expertise as she is a Manager but she seems like a Jack of all trades.
She is the most efficient Manager Ive seen!!
Homebase is lucky to have these people and hope they replicate the same in other stores.

I use click and collect on a regular basis and as the click and collect counter is never maned I always go to a check out and always get told to go over to the counter and they will come and serve me when they have served the other people in the queue who are actually behind me , please could someone explain this system to me ???

A Manager with heart.
I had an unresolvable problem with the company STANLEY that provides lawn mowers to Homebase. The manager at the Huntingdon branch, Jordon Burridge, listened to what the problem was and immediately understood and sorted it out for me. She's a credit to Homebase.
