Louise went out of her way to help me choose the correct paint as the scrap wasn’t big enough for the scanning machine. You were busy but she very kindly took the time to help me and I would be grateful if you could both pass on my thanks and give her the recognition she deserves. The other Louise on the customer service desk was and always has been very kind and welcoming. One is Louise J and the other is Louise C but I don’t know which one is which but hope you can work it out. The lady on the paints had blonde hair I think and the other brown if that help! We found exactly what we’d been looking for and we’re served by Jati. She was friendly and pleased we’d found the product.

Terrible customer service. I bought a nightlight on 19th December. It was only £10 but didn't even last a week before it failed to light up. On returning the product 27th December with proof of my purchase on my bank statement, the till assistant told me I couldn't have a refund without the packaging which would provide the product code. I offered to get the identical product off the shelf but that was still no use to her. She then asked a colleague who gave her the code. Then I was asked for the card number I paid on. Giving the last 4 digits she told me that wasn't the card she had on record but I had proof on my phone. I confirmed the second product I had bought at the time & she reluctantly agreed to the refund with no apology, eye contact or any glimmer of pleasantness. The whole experience was lacking any customer service and left me feeling that I would never want to shop in this store again.

I went to Homebase Leamington Spa on the 23.12 hoping to buy a replacement. After asking one unhelpful member of staff on the shop floor (young lad with a headset) I tried customer services. Within seconds of asking Jackie and Rebecca had found a replacement for me F.O.C.

They were very lovely and a credit to the team. Its a shame all the staff aren't as helpful

Jati was beyond helpful, a terrific lady and honestly if your company does not give her a gigantic Christmas bonus then it’s a travesty

When I went to the shop my parcel was ready to be collected. Result!
