Click & collect wall tiles order. Everything immediately ready when I arrived and Rob helped carry 10 packs of tiles to the car. Excellent customer service and highly recommend the Ledbury store.

Excellent product and service
I went to the store today and bought a wheelbarrow.
I asked the person in the Outdoor area if he could help me and he took the wheelbarrow to the cash desk and to my car. Thank you Rod for your pleasant and very wlling help. At the cash desk, Sharon was helpful, too and another customer gave me his £10.00 off voucher. So, excellent service all round. Thank you all.

Super service
I don't normally do this, but I wanted to say what super service I received at homebase today. The sales person, (I think he was the manager) was very helpful and adviced me on the best products to buy for tiling my bathroom.
The lady on the till were warm and friendly. In all it was a very positive experience. Lovely to receive great service.

Customer service was impeccable
Customer service was impeccable! We travelled from Halesowen to the Ledbury Store (due to no stock at my nearest store).
Click and collect was a breeze! The sales assistant (Sue) was ver welcoming, most polite and could not do enough to help us! Thank you so much!
More than pleased with this ease of the click and collect service and would highly recommend it. Thank you!
