I was looking for a small hack saw to finish a job. Alan came to my rescue. His knowledge of the tools was exactly what I needed. Alan went above and beyond. Often I have come into this store and the staff seem to have little practical skill which makes meaningful help impossible; on these occasions the experienceis underwhelming and frustrating. Alan has restored my faith. It is wonderful to see Homebase employing people with practical knowledge and the desire to help customers

The whole process was managed well. Our designer, had excellent knowledge of the products and was able to offer really helpful advise on the suitability of the items we had selected. It was great fun from start to finish and we felt the customer care was exceptional.

The young man from the warehouse in Lewes Homebase who gave us our order was very kind and helpful.Friendly and helpful staff.Very happy with the service. I love the garden sofa set. Good quality and beautiful. Highly recommended.

Ordered on line, an hour later picked up the goods allready loaded on a trolly. Had a pleasant interaction with Geraldine at the counter and left with the goods. No problems. Regards Tom.

There is a lovely lady called GED who always greets you with a smile and is always very helpful

Helpful person showed me where to find hooks in store and equally good service on till.

I wanted some more paint at 6.30pm via click and collect. It said an hour in the information but at checkout it said it wouldn’t be available until the morning. I spoke to a helpful chap by phone. Apparently the system has a cut off at 7pm but as they are open til 8pm he would pick the items for that evening. They were there waiting for me at 7.30pm. A great experience.

I visited the store earlier today to get multiple items for my new bathroom. I was helped by a very helpful assistant, Abbie who pointed me in the right direction and showed me where I could find what I was looking for.

Sam Jordan designed our kitchen. We have a newborn so didn’t have much time or energy, so Sam helped make the process easy for us! He clearly went above and beyond to help us and took his time in understanding what we needed and wanted. A pleasure having him help us, we highly recommend.
