Don't go to them for a kitchen
Absolutely shocking experience. I had a kitchen designed by Homebase Lewes. When it came to fitting it, it turned out the measurements of two straight walls were wrong, so the units ordered didn't fit, the wrong tower was delivered to house the oven which was ordered as part of the overall order. The errors were reported last Monday. It is now a week later, and I have not heard anything back about how this is going to be resolved. My fitter was due to get everything fitted this week and now has to move to another job so who knows when I will actually get a kitchen. Based on my experience I would strongly advise you not to go to Homebase for a kitchen and don't believe their sales promises.

Sam Jordan - Patient and thoughtful designer at Homebase Lewes!
We worked with Sam Jordan (in Lewes) to design & deliver our kitchen. This was a rather lengthy process on our side because of us not knowing what to do with walls in the house and not knowing our own requirements. Through all this, Sam was genuinely patient!
He really helped with cost savings and making sure we were happy with the design until finalising it after lots of different meetings.
Would highly recommend working with Sam and other fine folks at Homebase Lewes!

Ready within an hour, really friendly and helpful staff. All loaded onto a trolley, brought out to our car and assistant even helped to load into the car. Offered to hold onto some of the product if it wouldn’t fit into our car. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.
