Your order will be delivered on or before Thu 4th December between 8am-6pm still waiting no update to say whether their arriveing or not it's just saying delivery to be expected today it's not very helpful it won't let me track it on the website only in my Gmail it's saying shipped useless information if i'd of known it was going to be a long process i'd of ordered through The Range the only reason I didn't it said a longer delivery date it would have been quicker than yous as they have stores open near by if it dosen't arrive today it's false information you might aswell close the main Warehouse down in Stow Market

Placing my order was uncomplicated, delivery was made on the day as stated the time within a time slot of two hours informed by text message. The quality of my purchase was as expected.

From the member of staff @ the collection point to the staff member who helped lift the item into my car after first wheeling it out. Can’t fault the service and both members are a shining example of great customer service. Sorry I didn’t take names but i collected item between 9-10am

I purchased 15 let’s of dusty green masonry paint and needed another 5 ltrs to finish my bungalow and all I kept getting from Homebase Lowerstoft we can’t get it so I had to paint the rear of bungalow in a different colour and different brand what a let down by this company I even phoned crown paints .

Walked in and goods were handed to me inside a minute. Pity website wasn't as effective 😕

Collected our items quite late in the day, the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful.

terrible.... I drove all across town 30mins there & back to find out my click & collect package was only half there... the flat pack bistro set was missing the chairs .....

Visited the Lowestoft branch today and was met with really friendly faces and pleasantly surprised how helpful everyone was, especially Ian who just seemed he couldn't do enough. Got everything I needed and more thanks to some great advice.

Staff were quick to help with my click and collect order, they carried my big boxes to my van without hesitation, very helpful and friendly so no complaints.
