Homebase in Maidenhead is the most friendly polite and helpful place I have been. Nothing is too much and the staff are good people.

Ordered item said in stock only to get phone call from Will at Maidenhead store to say only item they had had been sent to other store . He then checked around and eventually found one phoned back and gave me advice about how to reserve it and item that is extremely rare . Saw him the next day at store recognised me and his customer approach is to commended so sadly lacking these days

Went to collect an order from the Maidenhead store. The young man that we saw at the desk was very helpful, pleasant and happy. We asked another assistant where a product was and she was happy to show us. All the staff in store were more than helpful. Overall a great experience in store.

Ordered online for Click and collect, a lawnmower. Greeted by a very professional man on Customer services. Called a colleague to take it out to the car for me. Great service.

The staff are super helpful. We went to Maidenhead Homebase to get some materials for my boys project (make a raceway for Disney Cars) we just needed scraps. On asking the team were brilliant! They found lots of old signage about to be chucked out that was perfect for a raceway. My boys were so pleased.

Emma and Kayla (I think) were quick to help with what I was after. Showed me to the furniture are and discussed what I was looking for. Helped me to the front with the item I opted for. As it was ex display they got a trolley thing and wheeled it out to my car and Emma helped me put it into my car with me. A credit to your company.

Alastair at the Click and Collect Customer Service Desk provided exceptional customer service and assistance especially as I and a disabled customer.

The young man that served me was extremely helpful and polite. He pushed my heavy tiles to car and helped us put in car (Iam unable to lift due to spine issues) He is a real credit to Homebase and sadly most shops don’t have people as helpful and friendly like him.
