Homebase - Norwich Sprowston Reviews 

I visited Homebase last year and Ian was so helpful. It's taken me a bit of time to write this but I said I would so I still wanted to. I was choosing some paint for my bathroom and was struggling to decide on the shade of green i wanted. Ian was so patient, helpful and friendly. He also helped me with getting some other things in store too, he seemed to know a lot! He made my shopping experience much more positive ☺️🙏 I also really liked the colour of the paint when it dried ☺️

We was interested in fitted wardrobes and after speaking to Deborah Keith at Homebase Sprowston,she offered to come and do a free home survey and design. After two visits because we changed our mind,we placed an order to have new wardrobes fitted in 4 bedrooms.The service from Deborah was first class and her knowledge in what design would work in the room was excellent.We can highly recommend Homebase at Sprowston and the service from both Deborah & Keith.

Purchase was simple on line and collection from store straightforward.

Popped into Norwich Sprowston store to purchase a few bits and pieces - one purchase was of a length of timber which I required to be halved in length in order to fit into my vehicle. Everything as it should be so made my way to the till and paid for my purchases. Upon my arrival home I checked my receipt and found that I had been charge twice for the same piece of timber - obviously the bar code on one half of the timber I had got halved had mistakenly been scanned twice and hence charged twice. Okay, so mistakes happen but trying to contact the store in order to register the mistake was a non starter. All I got was the obvious advice on a prerecorded phone response was to store to get the issue sorted. Shameful. As is their poor customer care inasmuch as they no longer have toilet facilities available. At one time it was pleasurable to take time browsing the store but that is no longer the case. Homebase can no longer be bothered then as their customer neither can I.

Really helpful staff and a great deal on Black & Decker set of tools. Colin gave some great advice and was patient with my lack of knowledge! Much appreciated

The order was ready within the hour and when I went to collect it I received excellent customer service from the young lady who came to assist at the collect counter.

Ordered click and collect, was ready 20 minutes later. Staff (Laura) were friendly when I collected and polite.

Visited this store twice in the last week to look for paint and a cube storage unit/ boxes. On both occasions Jacqueline was working and was extremely helpful and the customer service from her was perfect! A lovely welcoming person alongside being knowledgeable in her role. A credit to the team! Thanks Jacqueline.

There was a member of staff on the collection point who seemed totally disinterested in their job and everything I asked seemed like a massive effort on their part. But that aside they did help me put the flat pack in my car and when I needed the cube inserts off display they did get them down for me.

Easy, simple and quick!

Had to take something back Laura and Ian were so helpful and got it all sorted in minutes, very impressed

The item on the picture was not the item I got and was an inferior item other trolley was out of stock
