Sharon L made my visit to Norwich Homebase a pleasant one! I found her Approachable and engaging. Her and Simon went above and beyond and managed to save me money on paint which I wasn’t aware of despite having no receipt.

Absolutely brilliant, I’m a cosplayer and needed some materials for a cosplay. I’m definitely your stereo typical woman and I didn’t know the names of anything I needed 😂 however the gentleman who helped me was absolutely brilliant! I believe his name was Gav and he really helped me find everything I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure I knew every option in order to pick the best one for what I needed. Really lovely experience, would definitely recommend

Member of staff came across very lazy and not willing to get the item for me from the click and collect section only to expect me to hop over other items to get to what is a box (with my items in) and carry it back over of which is an health and safety issue. Shocking

Staff are always extremely helpful to me. Today Kevin helped me find exactly what I wanted, thank you

Bought a plasterers trowel today to do some fine plastering on an internal brick fireplace. The damn label has so much glue on it making it impossible to remove. How can ANYONE have a desired smooth outcome on the plaster if you can’t get all the glue off the label which has been placed both to the front AND back of the trowel.

Easy to order online and collection was straight forward. Member of staff very polite and friendly.

Ian made up some paint for me. I couldn’t find it on the shelf. However I knew the make and name of the colour. So, like magic, he made up the colour for me on his special machine. Ian was very respectful and helpful. I will not hesitate going back to him.

Deborah was fantastic, she’s helped us create the kitchen we’ve wanted for such a long time. Her knowledge and experience really showed, she was always contactable and helpful throughout ensuring we had everything we wanted and needed. Thank you for such a smooth process Deborah.

I approached Rachel to ask about a damaged wall I was trying to repair as I had no idea. Rachel was extremely helpful giving very good advice and made me feel confident I could have a go. She also asked Ian to speak with us who was also very helpful and knowledgeable. So glad I asked. Thanks fabulous service.

One of the sales team whose first name was Ian, was very helpful or more than one occasion this week so much so I decided to fill this in you should have an employee of the month and this month for Sprouse and his first name should be Ian. Thank you.

The panels were like used with not only wear and tear but had gone green from being weathered - clearly been outside for a very long time so in my eyes these aren’t new panels - and I will have to invest in painting them and putting some sort of protection on them - disappointing. Unsure out of the 8 in stock you gave me the 5 worst panels but I could have got better from eBay and at least expected them to be worn. The team at Homebase however were super helpful and quick to refund me.

Very helpful staff who readily gave advice. At the checkout the staff was pleasant with a friendly attitude. Will definitely go back. The store has a very wide range of products.

Excellent assistance from Karl. He helped me with a heavy load of slates that I was struggling with.

The gent at the Click and Collect desk was so friendly ,he invited my wife in the store who was outside with our dog . This meant we could look round together at our leisure . We then ended up buying a shed ,tiles and flower pots . Not bad considering we were just looking . Kevin explained the green keiter shed was exclusive to Homebase and when we realised it would not fit in our car he arranged for it to be delivered.

Went for some help at the click and collect desk looking to purchase a specific pressure washer, and a very helpful and friendly lady called Laura went to fetch the one I wanted and when the transaction was completed very kindly offered to put it into my car, I am a pensioner and accepted her kind offer as I find it a bit difficult to carry heavy objects. She is an asset to homebase and a good ambassador for the store
