Outstanding customer service given to us by Kevin & members of his staff.
Helped us with the purchase of some much wanted garden furniture that had been out of stock.
We were kept updated with expected delivery dates etc.
1st class service!!!

Picked up my order from a really friendly member of staff. Had a couple of questions in regards to other items in the store and she went out of her way to help me. Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience.

i nipped into Homebase today just to pick up a small tin of oil based Satin to finish off some skirtings that i had to do and i have to say that i was most impressed with not only the warmest of welcomes that i received from a guy named Ian but his attention was second to none! He went out of his way to show me all of the different options and prices ranges including walking me from one isle to another even though he clearly was very busy with putting out new stock himself . After taking the time to give me a very helpful product explanation i settled on a Rustolium product which whilst not the cheapest option it gave me exactly what i needed.
Some assistants may not have gone that extra mile when so busy themselves which i for one appreciated so much that i asked at the till for a feedback form which usually when given i rarely fill out but on this occasion i felt it justified.

I picked up a garden table and chairs set via click and collect. Efficient and friendly service. If only all Homebase stores were this good! (I live in London ;-) ).

All necessary accessories to put mower together missing

We had chosen a £36 toilet seat and taken a boxed one from the stack below the display sample. When came to the till it came up as £45 and we queried it. Jacqueline on the till,took us back to the toilet seat display and checked the code and showed us the price displayed- but it was on ANOTHER seat not the one we had chosen. The £36 seat and the £45 seat were in almost identical boxes. It turned out some had put the £45 box in the £36 stack. Throughout the encounter Jacqueline was helpful and caring, and was smiling all the time and made us old pensioners not feel we were stupid.

Excellent staff- extremely friendly and helpful. Lady in high vis jacket gave lots of plant advice and man on till helped me with compost bags. Really impressed.

Ian offered fantastic service today in store at the paint station. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we even had a lovely chat about the football. Fantastic employee!

A very helpful staff member quickly found my order, which was a very heavy garden pot. He willingly carried it out to my car. Thank you!

I collected several large planters in two trips to Homebase in Norwich and on both occasions the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I could not have asked for more.

Ruth Knapp was excellent. Finally, a kitchen designer who didn't make me want to run screaming from the building. Ruth is knowledgeable, good humoured, patient and professional in equal measure. I would recommend her to anyone.

Ian was so helpful when I wanted to buy some fruit trees and load them into my car with the roof down.
He fetched me a trolley, loaded my trees, took them to the till for me and then out to the car, where he loaded them safely.
He was very friendly, polite and helpful.
